"We recently stayed for two nights in room with a balcony and view towards the Derwent.River. Very comfortable with comfortable chairs for watching TV. No DVD player. Friendly staff and within easy walking distance of good local restaurants. Louisa's Walk which starts from Cascade Brewery not to be missed if staying in Hobart. On site bottle shop and 5 minutes walk to Salamanca square. Good Value and highly recommended."

"We stayed here for 4 nights, and the room was very spacious and very clean, room serviced each day which is a nice touch, parking is very easy in the car park at the back. There is a lift up to the 3 floors as well as stairs, guest laundry is on the ground floor along with dryers and iron and ironing boards are provided in your own room as well as the laundry, wash powder is also available free of charge in the laundry.
A really easy walk down to Salamanca place and constitution dock and all the restaurants with plenty on offer. Our stay included a weekend just to see the markets held in Salamanca place each Saturday, such an amazing array of fresh produce and hand made items, and so busy too, but lovely to see. All the staff are very helpful, and we would definitely stay again if we returned to Tasmania on a holiday."

"Stayed here for 3 nights in Room 109. Fantastic room, clean, comfortable, small kitchenette with a microwave and 2 hot plates everything you needed if you wanted to cook instead of eating out. Fridge was bigger than your normal mini bar fridge, and there breakfast packs for $6.00 per person were amazing value. King size bed very comfy, 2 sofa chairs to sit in, lots of storage and hanging space. Check in very easy and efficient, Serviced daily and if you require any extras then there are no problems at at all, staff friendly and helpful.
The bottle shop next door was convenient and did not hear any noise at all. If I had to find a negative then it would be that when it rains the down pipe from the above balcony is right smack bang in the middle so you have water running onto your balcony onto the outdoor carpet. The apartments are in a great location and you can walk down to Salamanca, the wharf area, MONA ferry and Hobart central. Definitely recommend and would stay again"
